Abstract: | In order to implement state regulation of safety and certain indicators of food quality in Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for Food Safety and Quality" as amended by the Law of July 22, 2014 № 1602-VII identified appropriate areas for improving the situation in this area, which include: - establishment of sanitary measures; - setting requirements for certain indicators of food quality; - state registration of the objects of sanitary measures defined by the legislation; -issuance, termination, revocation and renewal of the operating permit; - informing and raising awareness of market operators and consumers about safety and certain indicators of food quality; -setting requirements for the health of staff; - participation in the work of relevant international organizations; - implementation of state control; - bringing market operators, their officials to justice in case of violation of safety legislation and certain indicators of food quality. |
