Influence of Sowing Methods and Seeding Norms on Crop Production and Bean Harvest

Abstract

The paper reports on research into influence of sowing methods and seeding norms on crop production and bean harvest. The dependence of germinating capacity and plant survival on sort characteristics and technological service was examined in the study. Analysis of bean quality characteristics determined the wide raw method of sowing to be the most yielding one with the sowing norm of 250 thousand seeds per ha. Nadiia, Bukovinka and Mavka beans had the following indicators of crude protein content: 27,23%, 25,03%, 23,63%. The rest of the factors didn’t have a strong effect on mentioned bean varieties.
