There are advantages and disadvantages in every certain case. It is important to remember that the quality of life of those citizens, who devote their life to agriculture, rural areas with their development, and the subsequent organization of social infrastructure in rural areas, will depend on how effectively the land reform in the territory of the Ukrainian state goes on. Incidentally, it should be noted that the restoration of rural areas, the return of young people to the village will also depend on the successful solution of the issue of step–by–step reforming of the land market in the form that it exists at the present and in the process of its further development. The Ukrainian land is one of the national heritage, determines the Ukrainian culture, way of life and customs. Since a long time, the cult of land, religion and the land honoring oriented a Ukrainian towards the direction of his children education in a special attitude to the land and what comes out of it.
