Trends in professional training of agricultural specialists in Ukraine

Abstract

The relevance of the material presented in the scientific article is due to the need to implement innovative approaches to the professional training of future managers of the agricultural sector. The article analyzes the main approaches of scientists to the problem of using training as a method of forming managerial competence in future managers of the agrarian sector. The latest scientific research and publications on the use of training technologies in the process of training are analyzed. The most significant works on the development of managerial potential of future specialists, which reveal the essence and structure of managerial competence of the leader, are selected.
