IMPROVEMENT OF THE FISCAL POLICY OF UKRAINE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE FORMATION OF A DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

February 2022 completely changed the history of our country, as a full-scale war began, many strategic objects, structures, industrial complexes, residential buildings, and institutions of social and cultural infrastructure were destroyed. The economy of Ukraine began to work in the conditions of a special period, which is characterized by the formation of a military economy and the announcement of general mobilization. However, it is worth remembering that it is impossible to ensure the territorial integrity and future of the country if one does not think about its restoration, which will require the accumulation of a significant amount of financial resources from external and internal sources.
