ФОРМУВАННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ФЕРМЕРСЬКИХ ГОСПОДАРСТВ ХМЕЛЬНИЦЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ НА ОСНОВІ ФОРСАЙТ-ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ

Abstract

This article discusses one of many approaches to ensure competitiveness of farms in Khmelnytskyi region, which is based on foresight technology. We understand that on rare examples of effective farm management is not possible in general to ensure the competitiveness of such layer as farmers, so it is necessary to develop a comprehensive development strategy for the whole farming in Khmelnytskyi region. Currently farming is an important area of current agricultural policy, which is able to provide the rural population with work, and in a decentralized help in solving many issues combined local communities. For successful development and implementation in action of foresight‐project at Khmelnytskyi region, we need to analyze and learn from the experience of foresight‐projects of sectoral, national and international level.
