dc.description.abstractOn the basis of generalized materials, in our opinion, it makes sense to distinguish the main alternative concepts of situational management. First, situational management is regarded as situational management, that is, management, which is in some way predicting danger, analyzing its symptoms and measures to reduce the negative consequences, its elimination and use of experience for subsequent development. Secondly, situational management is regarded as adaptive management-an alternative to achieving one goal in making and implementing a management decision and taking into account unforeseen circumstances. Third, situational management is regarded as anti -crisis management.uk
